student viewbooks for recruiting, posters, brochures, 4 color and 2 color.
Prior to working for university relations I was a designer for the graduate
school. This included implementing a brand identy campaign, set up templates
and assisted in the training of internal users. Worked with copywriter
in the production of marketing materials. Web site design and image support
was an on going project.

MN - January 1991 to 1996. Designed 4-color brochures for engineering
company concept through production staff to printer. Managed staff of
three production artists and one illustrator. Handled multiple projects
with a $1,300,000 print budget. Set up product photo shoots with in-house
photographer. Set up library of product photos. Implemented photo CD project
with service bureau for domestic and international distribution. Helped
develop Web site with team of writers - provided all graphic elements
to Web site design team for Macintosh and PC.

and updated company portfolios. Worked on site and home office.

merged and needed all new literature patient information Scheduled jobs
with in house and outside printers including bidding and ordering. Coordination
with outside vendors, volunteers and
free-lance designers as needed.

Company • Cedar Falls, IA 1986 - 1987. Illustrated children's stories
for sign language software package. The company expanded from mail order
to retail. Setup Macintosh based desktop publishing department. Supervised
a staff of co-op students.
